Brainstorming/Pick My Brain Call Terms & Conditions

By submitting payment for a Brainstorming or “Pick My Brain” Call (“the Session”) with Hallie Kielb, Travel Advisor (“the Advisor”), you (“the Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Non-Refundable Fee
    • All Session fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee compensates the Advisor for their time, expertise, experience, and preparation for the Session, regardless of attendance, participation level, or outcomes.
  2. Payment Timing Requirement
    • The Session fee must be paid no less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled Session start time. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the Session will be automatically canceled or require rescheduling, subject to the Advisor’s availability. The Advisor is under no obligation to hold or conduct a Session without timely payment.
  3. Scope of the Session
    • The Session is an advisory, educational, and strategic conversation only. It may include high-level guidance, brainstorming, feedback, recommendations, and professional insight related to travel planning, destinations, logistics, or related topics discussed during the call.
    • The Session does not include:
      • Detailed itinerary creation
      • Booking or reservation services
      • Supplier outreach or pricing
      • Written deliverables unless explicitly stated
      • Ongoing support beyond the scheduled Session
      • Any actionable implementation following the Session is the sole responsibility of the Client.
  4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
    • The Advisor does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, savings, or business or travel success as a result of the Session. All advice and ideas shared are based on professional experience and are intended for informational purposes only.
  5. Validity Period
    • The Planning Fee applies to one trip itinerary and is valid for a booking deposit made within 30 days of the Planning Fee payment date. If no booking deposit is made within this timeframe, the Planning Fee will expire, and a new fee may be required to continue services.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • All ideas, strategies, frameworks, recommendations, and verbal or written materials shared during the Session remain the intellectual property of the Advisor. These materials may not be recorded, reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without prior written consent.
  7. No Obligation to Continue Services
    • Payment for the Session does not obligate either party to enter into a future working relationship. Should the Client wish to engage the Advisor for travel planning, booking services, or ongoing consulting, a separate agreement and applicable fees will apply.
  8. Credit Toward Professional Travel Planning Services
    • The $50 Session fee may be applied as a credit toward a Professional Travel Planning Fee if the Client chooses to engage the Advisor for full travel planning services within 30 days of the Session date. This credit is non-transferable, may only be applied once, and has no cash value. If not used within the 30-day period, the credit will expire.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    • The Advisor shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, losses, or damages resulting from the Client’s use or interpretation of information shared during the Session.
  10. Agency Terms & Conditions
    • If the Client later engages the Advisor for travel planning or booking services, those services will be governed by the full Two Sisters Travel LLC Terms & Conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and understand those terms prior to confirming any travel arrangements.

✈️ I help YOU explore the world on effortlessly unforgettable trips
🌏 Asia & solo travel expert
👇 Travel guides, tips, & planning services

thinking about solo traveling in new zealand? here thinking about solo traveling in new zealand? here are 5 things you need to know before you go 🇳🇿✨

1️⃣ it’s one of the safest and easiest countries to travel solo, making it perfect for first-timers and solo travelers still building their confidence
2️⃣ it’s absolutely jaw-dropping… but very spread out, so logistics matter. if you have 2 weeks or less, I recommend focusing only on the south island
3️⃣ it’s on the more expensive side, so most solo travelers stay in hostels and cook most of their meals. hiking is a very popular low-cost activity, but it’s no joke - no get your steps in before your trip!
4️⃣ speaking of hiking, solo hiking safety is important to think about. always let someone know your plans (even if it’s the front desk worker at your hostel) like where you’re going, when you expect to be back, and how to reach you. pay very close attention to the weather (it can change in an instant) and ask locals if it’s safe to hike that day. many hostels will organize group hiking trips, so take advantage of those
5️⃣ if you never want to worry about being alone or getting around, I highly recommend doing the kiwi experience, a hop-on, hop-off bus that helps you make friends & see all the highlights without driving. or, if you’d prefer to not lift a finger, join a group trip! you don’t have to explore new zealand completely on your own, even as a solo traveler

🎒 if you want to build your own solo new zealand adventure, whether it’s with a group or a supported custom itinerary, I’d love to help. I specialize in custom trips + solo travel planning, so send me a message or hit the link in bio to get started! 💌

2 weeks in new zealand’s south island is the kind 2 weeks in new zealand’s south island is the kind of trip you’ll remember forever 💖

I did this exact itinerary solo with the @kiwiexperience south & sound pass, and it was honestly one of the easiest and most fun ways to explore, especially if you’re traveling alone. the scenery? unmatched. the people? instant friends. the vibes? immaculate.

this itinerary works for anyone, but if you’re thinking about making it happen on your own, consider this your sign to stop waiting for travel companions and do it solo 🗺️
