By submitting payment for the Professional Travel Planning Fee (“the Planning Fee”) billed by Hallie Kielb, Travel Advisor (“your Travel Advisor”), you (“the Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable Fee
- The Planning Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee compensates your Travel Advisor for the time, expertise, and resources invested in researching, designing, and presenting your customized travel proposal.
- Commitment to Work Exclusively Together
- By paying the Planning Fee, you agree to work solely with your Travel Advisor in planning and booking this trip. All proposals, itineraries, and related materials are the intellectual property of your Travel Advisor and may not be shared, copied, or used with another travel professional, agency, or supplier.
- Scope of Services
- The Planning Fee covers only the services outlined in your consultation call recap email and/or subsequent written agreement. The planning process is designed to be holistic and cohesive, which generally requires your Travel Advisor to handle major components of your trip (including, but not limited to, accommodations, transportation, and activities) in order to ensure quality, consistency, and support throughout your travels.
- If you independently book major components of your trip, such as accommodations, your Travel Advisor reserves the right to:
- Decline further involvement in planning and/or booking services, or
- Adjust the scope of services at their sole discretion.
- In all such cases, the Planning Fee remains non-refundable.
- Validity Period
- The Planning Fee applies to one trip itinerary and is valid for a booking deposit made within 30 days of the Planning Fee payment date. If no booking deposit is made within this timeframe, the Planning Fee will expire, and a new fee may be required to continue services.
- Additional Services
- The Planning Fee includes the services specifically outlined at the time of payment (such as proposal creation, itinerary design, reasonable revisions, and booking management). Any additional services, special requests, or significant changes to the scope of the trip may require an additional fee, as determined by your Travel Advisor.
- Cancellation & Changes
- The Planning Fee does not cover supplier or agency-imposed cancellation fees, penalties, or terms that may apply once reservations are made.
- Clients are bound by the terms and conditions of the suppliers used for the trip.
- Agency Terms & Conditions
- In addition to this Planning Fee Agreement, your travel arrangements are subject to the full Two Sisters Travel LLC Terms & Conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and understand these terms prior to confirming travel.
